Transcript
If a lender asks for another document, it doesn't automatically mean something is wrong.
Mortgage underwriting requires information to be verified, and a document may be outdated, incomplete, unclear or inconsistent with another record. Common requests include recent pay stubs, letters of employment, bank statements or proof of where down-payment funds came from.
Send complete, unaltered copies, including all pages when requested. Never change a statement or provide an estimate as if it were a verified fact.
AMS will explain what is needed and help you respond securely.
